A18. Standardization of ctDNA Analyses

The current work constitutes the first Danish national recommendations to laboratories in implementing and conducting cell-free tumor DNA (ctDNA) detection. The paper will cover the pre-analytical factors to consider, the analytical quality control of ctDNA detection, and give recommendations to reporting the results to the physicians. This paper will not review the clinical aspects in appropriately timing of blood-sampling, e.g., in relation to medical or surgical treatment, or the current evidence for use of ctDNA detection as
liquid biopsies.
